Work experience
Die Hoorn is a community newspaper in Oudtshoorn. Working at this newspaper gave me the opportunity to cover many beats and expose myself to the fast paced life of a journalist. I learned a lot at Die Hoorn and working there has improved my journalistic abilities. For articles published in the newspaper you can visit my "Articles" page on this site.
I also worked at Grocott's Mail in Grahamstown as part of my practical training for my Journalism and Media Studies degree in 2013. For a list of my articles published, please click here.

I currently work for a company called Portal Publishing. I manage the Careers Portal.

I was an information official at the annual ABSA national arts festival in Oudtshoorn ( the KKNK). This position enabled me to improve my people skills because I had to interact with people on a daily basis.
